{Castile Soap}

Castile Soap (Spring Water, Saponified Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, and Castor Oil with Potassium Hydroxide):

Castile soaps are soaps that have an olive oil base. Olive oil acts as the skin conditioner while the coconut oil cleanses and helps the soap to lather, and the castor oil supports a rich lather as well as adding additional skin softening fats. All soaps go through the process of the saponification using a lye solution. In short "lye-free" soap is a "lie". The saponification processes out the harmful properties that lye initially has, and makes for a nice sudsy clean soap that is safe for the whole family. Our castile soap is cold processed using a no heat method. Castile soaps can take up to 5 days to process.
